Your evidence stays on a need-to-know basis.

What we process

When you request an audit, Landing Jury processes the public URL you submit, the public page content needed to perform the review, technical scores, generated findings, request-security signals and a private access token. If you buy, subscribe to updates, vote, publish a case or send feedback, we also process the information needed for that action.

Why we process it

  • To create and securely deliver the audit you requested.
  • To process payment, provide a receipt, and prevent abuse.
  • To send the report or product updates you explicitly requested.
  • To publish the limited public verdict fields when you separately opt into the public court.
  • To prevent duplicate public appeals using a one-way keyed hash of limited request data.
  • To understand and improve the product when analytics consent is granted.

Optional public court

Audits are private by default, and only audits with a paid Full Case File are eligible for the Public Docket. If an eligible customer separately opts in and attests that they control the domain or have its owner’s permission, we publish only the hostname, overall verdict, Jury Score, Court Score and its breakdown, four juror scores, publication date, public positions, appeal count, active paid-point total and next paid-point expiry. Because each point costs $1, displaying the active point total also reveals the corresponding pre-tax purchase value. We store the time of that consent and authorization attestation. We do not publish the submitted path or query parameters, extracted page content, evidence, detailed findings, access token, email, or paid report. You can withdraw publication from the private verdict page.

To limit duplicate appeals without requiring an account, we store a keyed one-way hash derived from the voter’s IP address supplied by our trusted hosting proxy. The raw address is not stored in the appeal record. Appeals and paid Court Points affect only the game-like Court Score; they never alter the calculated Jury Score.

Optional product analytics

With your consent, we use PostHog Cloud EU to measure a small set of product events such as an audit completing, checkout starting, or a share button being used. Autocapture and session replay are disabled. We do not send the submitted URL, email address, landing-page copy, generated report, or payment identifiers to PostHog.

You can refuse analytics without losing any product functionality and change your choice at any time using .

Service providers

We rely on Neon for storage, OpenRouter for AI processing, Google PageSpeed Insights for technical evidence, a payment provider acting as Merchant of Record for payment, tax and invoicing, Resend for transactional email, Vercel for hosting, and PostHog Cloud EU for consented product analytics.

Email contact

Landing Jury does not operate a website contact form. If you choose to email us, your message is handled by your email provider and ours; we use it only to answer, provide support, protect legal rights or meet applicable obligations. Do not include passwords, payment-card details or unnecessary sensitive information.

Retention and your rights

We retain information only for as long as needed to provide the service, meet accounting or legal obligations, prevent abuse, and resolve support requests. You may ask to access, correct, delete or receive personal data associated with you, and may object to or restrict certain processing, by emailing the address published on our contact page. You may also complain to the CNIL or your competent supervisory authority. Certain transaction and security records may need to be retained where the law requires or permits it.

This policy complements our Terms & Legal Notice.

Anonymous product analytics help us see where the audit stalls and whether the paid report earns its fee. No submitted URL, email, page copy, or report content is sent.
