Terms & Legal Notice
Last updated: 24 August 2026. Plain-English rules for putting a landing page on trial.
Launch check: the bracketed publisher, registration, telephone, hosting-contact and mediation details below must be completed and professionally reviewed before accepting live payments.
1. The short version
You submit one public landing-page URL. Landing Jury returns an automated opinion, not a promise of revenue. The preview is free. The Full Case File and Court Points are one-time purchases. Audits stay private unless an eligible customer deliberately publishes a limited verdict.
2. The service
Landing Jury reviews one public landing-page URL you submit. You receive a free preview (score, verdict, a selection of findings) and can unlock a paid Full Case File (10 prioritized fixes, hero and CTA rewrites, a technical action plan) for a one-time payment.
3. Pricing and payment
The Full Case File is billed once per audit, with no subscription. The current launch price is shown at checkout; it may change for future audits without affecting audits already purchased. Our payment provider acts as Merchant of Record and processes the payment, tax and invoice; we do not store your card details.
Court Points are optional, cost $1 each with a ten-point minimum, and expire seven days after payment confirmation. The final amount and currency are shown before purchase.
4. Delivery, cancellation and refunds
Paid digital output starts generating after payment and is normally made available through the private result link and transactional email. If a report fails to generate, is not delivered, or is clearly unrelated to the submitted URL, email us through the contact page so we can regenerate it or provide an appropriate remedy.
If you are a consumer, mandatory consumer rights continue to apply. Where applicable, checkout may ask for your express request to begin digital performance immediately and your acknowledgement of any effect this has on a statutory withdrawal right. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded.
5. Your submissions and acceptable use
You confirm that you may submit the URL and authorize the limited automated access needed to review its public content. Do not submit unlawful, infringing, private, malicious or access-controlled material; probe infrastructure; bypass limits; manipulate votes; or interfere with another customer's case. We may block abusive activity or remove public entries when reasonably necessary.
6. Nature of the output
Scores, verdicts and rewrites are generated by AI models and directional business judgment. They are not legal, financial, medical or professional advice, and are not guaranteed to increase conversion or revenue.
7. Public court
Your audit is private by default. Public Docket eligibility is included only after the Full Case File for that audit has been paid. Eligible customers may separately opt in to publish the limited verdict fields described in the Privacy Policy in the weekly and all-time Public Docket. To publish, you must also attest that you control the audited domain or have its owner’s permission. You may withdraw publication from your private verdict page.
The calculated Jury Score never changes through payment or voting. The game-like Court Score adds one permanent point for every ten valid public appeals and any currently active paid Court Points. Court Points cost $1 each, have a ten-point minimum purchase, and each purchased batch expires seven days after payment confirmation. Active paid influence is publicly labelled and can be excluded using the “Remove cheaters” filter. A full refund revokes the whole purchased batch; a partial refund revokes the corresponding number of points, rounded up to the next whole point. We may moderate or remove public entries and abusive votes.
8. Intellectual property
You keep your rights in material you submit. You grant Landing Jury the limited permission needed to retrieve, process and store that material to provide and protect the service. Subject to third-party rights and applicable law, you may use the report and generated rewrites for the audited landing page. Landing Jury's product, branding, design and underlying software remain ours.
9. Availability and liability
We aim to keep the service available but do not promise uninterrupted operation or error-free AI output. To the maximum extent permitted by law, [legal entity name] is not liable for indirect or consequential loss caused by reliance on a verdict. This does not limit liability that cannot legally be limited.
10. Changes and termination
We may improve, suspend or discontinue parts of the service and update these Terms for future use. Material changes apply from the stated update date and do not retroactively alter a completed purchase. You may stop using the service at any time.
11. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by French law, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections in their country of residence. Please contact us first so we can try to resolve a dispute informally. Eligible consumers may also contact [consumer mediator name, postal address and website]. Courts with mandatory jurisdiction remain available.
